Fit: Split V neckline with puff sleeve ending in elastic. Elastic at waist with border print removable belt. Loose fit through body with a flouncy ruffle hem. Fully lined. Poplin fabrication has more body to it and is not drapey like our other cottons. Great for transitional months.
