Online orders placed with Ella Blu fall under the same return and exchange policy as our in-store purchases:
We only allocate credit card returns for online purchases within 7 days of postmarked date. If your online order is returned within 14 days of postmarked date, you may exchange or receive store credit to your account.
Returned items should show no sign of wear at all. Returns will not be processed until the item(s) is received back in its original, pre-shipped, condition.
If a discount code was applied to an online purchase, it will ONLY be eligible for exchange, no refunds.
All "Sale" items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Holiday Gifts can be exchanged until January 10th, 2023.
Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or they cannot be returned.
Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box will make the shoes ineligible for return. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs.
Return Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please use an insured carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS). Ella Blu is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.
